We take enough time for our initial consultation. If you want to have a treatment with us, the consultation is free of charge. However, if you can’t decide right away, we charge a consultation fee of €140. But the good news is that we’ll credit you €50 of it back for future treatment.

What do you need to consider?

Before treatment:

  • Microneedling is an ideal complement for deep wrinkles or fine creases.

  • No active inflammation in the area to be treated (e.g. acne, cold sores). If you are prone to cold sores, we will prescribe you a prophylactic medication 2 days in advance.

  • Blood-thinning medication should be discontinued (please note: consult your family doctor or us beforehand).

  • We do not carry out treatment with hyaluronic acid during pregnancy or while breastfeeding – there are more important things to do at this time than individual wrinkles.

After treatment:

  • Cool the affected areas for 5-10 minutes.

  • No excessive sport for at least 2 days.

  • Avoid strong, direct sunlight and tanning beds for a few days.

  • 1 week break for steam bath and sauna users.

  • No massages or cosmetic treatments on the face for 10 days.

There are two possible reasons: On the one hand, they can be caused by overactivity of the corner of the mouth muscle, usually in younger people, and on the other hand, they are a product of ageing. As we age, the elasticity of the skin decreases, facial fat pads increase in the lower third of the face, and static facial wrinkles develop. In contrast, dynamic facial wrinkles such as eye or nose wrinkles always appear much earlier.

Drooping corners of the mouth are usually caused by a lack of balance between the activity of muscles that pull the corner of the mouth downwards and upwards. In this case, the muscle pulling down the corner of the mouth is overly active. But there is a simple way to relax him. The injection of muscle relaxant. No hyaluronic acid. This is the most effective way to restore balance and create a friendly facial expression.

If you are young, overactivity of the facial muscles is almost always responsible for the development of wrinkles. Here, a single injection of a muscle relaxant is often enough to smooth out wrinkles. The good thing is that the other facial muscles gain strength in the meantime, so you will benefit longer after the treatment, even though the muscle relaxant has already been broken down by your body. The effect usually lasts between 4-12 months. However, if there is no overactivity, this method will not help you. We can then smooth out the wrinkles with hyaluronic acid injections.

Depending on your desired changes, theoretically everywhere. But: it doesn’t make equal sense on all parts of the face, as sometimes there are more effective treatment approaches against wrinkles in certain regions. All in all, hyaluronic acid injections are a safe treatment in the right hands – but even we don’t have Superman X-ray vision to see every tiny blood vessel. The consequence: Small bruises at the injection site for a short time are possible. Slight swelling in the area of the injection sites is also possible, but extremely rare when injecting marionette lines.
